Champions Estates is located in the southwest part of Rogers, Arkansas. Nestled in between Shadow
Valley Country Club and Pinnacle Country Club, Champion Estates is comprised of approximately 125
homes. The neighborhood broke ground in the late 1990's and was completed around 2004.
Champions Estates offers a unique look with various builders with homes ranging from 1700 - 3200 square feet and is governed by a POA of all current residents. We are located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas just minutes from the corporate headquarters of Wal-Mart, J.B. Hunt and Tyson Foods and close to the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. We are just a short drive from the War Eagle Mill, Promenade Mall, the campus of the University of Arkansas, Pea Ridge National Military Park, Bella Vista, Beaver Lake, Devil's Den State Park, Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park and Eureka Springs.
