Champion Estates is located in the southwest part of Rogers, Arkansas. Nestled in between Shadow Valley Country Club and Pinnacle Country Club, Champion Estates is comprised of approximately 125 homes.
Champion Estates located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas is just minutes from the corporate headquarters of Wal-Mart, J.B. Hunt and Tyson Foods and from the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport in Bentonville. We are just a short drive from the War Eagle Mill, the Northwest Arkansas Shopping Mall, the campus of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Pea Ridge National Military Park, Bella Vista AR, Beaver Lake, Devil's Den State Park, Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park and Eureka Springs.
